Recipe of Spicy Pork with French Beans

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Minced Pork 100 Grams
French Beans, Cut Into 2cm Lengths 250 Grams
Minced Garlic 1 Teaspoons
Light Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoons
Oyster Sauce 1 Tablespoons
Sugar 1 Teaspoons
Sesame Oil To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Spicy Bean Paste 1 Tablespoons
Water 100 ml
Cornflour Mixed With 1 Tbsp Water 1 Teaspoons


Heat non-stick wok with a thin coat of cooking oil. Stir-fry garlic and spicy bean paste for 1 minute. Add in minced pork and fry until colour changes. Add in french beans, seasoning ingredients* and water. When the pork and beans are cooked, add in the cornflour paste and stir until the sauce is thick. Serve with rice.
