Ingredients used in SPINACH RICE
• Green chillies - 6 no.
• Bundle coriander leaves - half bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Boilrd green peas - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 2 no.
• Sliced onion - 1 no.
• Bundlesspinach - 2 bunch.
• Uncooked rice - 2 cup.
• Sugar - half tea spoon.
• Lemon - half tea spoon.
• Fresh cocounut - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Boil the rice. Each grain of the cooked rice should be seprate.
  • Chop the spinach. Heat the ghee in a vesssel and fry the onions for 2 minutes.
  • Mix the cooked rice and the paste corinder leaves green chillies sugar, lemon, cocounut salt to be ground into a paste well and add this rice to the spinach. Cook for 1 mintute.
  • Add the green peas and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Take a large piece of aluminium foil and make a packet of the rice. Bake in hot oven at 400f for 15minutes. Serve hot.
