Recipe of spinach puris

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Wheat Flour 500 Grams
Spinach Puree 120 ml
Water 50 ml
Salt To Taste
Fat 30 Grams
Fat For To Fry


1. sieve flour and add spinach puree, water, fat and salt to prepare a medium stiff dough. knead well. set aside for at least half an hour.

2. divide the dough into even sized balls. 3. roll out puris evenly with pressing down with a flat spoon in a circular motion.

5. When puffed up turn over. lightly brown on both sides .6. drain on absorbent paper And serve hot.
