Recipe of SPRING BIRIYANI (UGGANI)

BENGAL GRAM one Tablespoons
Black Gram DAL one Tablespoons
Musturd one Teaspoons
CURRY LEAVES PINCH
SLICED GREEN CHILLI THREE Numbers
CHOPPED ONION LARGE Numbers
PUFFED RICE [borugulu / Maramaralu / Buri) 500 Grams
LEMON JUICE FOUR Tablespoons
SALT TO TASTE
TURMURIC POWDER ONE Teaspoons
CORRIANDER BUNCH
Fried Gram Dal 100 Grams

Directions

step 1: soak the puffed rice and drainout water and keep aside step2 : grind dry fired gram dal with salt to taste and keep a side step3: place a kadai and put oil and allow to little heat, add currly leaves, sliced chille, turmeric powder, musturd, blackgram dal, bengal gram dal allow the dal for golden brown colour fry, add salt, add onion allow them to half fry... THEN add wet puffed rice and mix well... add lemon juice table spoon by table spoon and mix well finally sprinkle fried gram dal powder and chopped corriander leafs...

Recipe Tips

Note : add lemon juice in such a way that entire puffed rice should get the lemon taste
