Description: This chutney was made by my mom and it was really awesome. It has the flavor of onion chutney and goes well with hot rice.
Recipe of spring onion chutney
|Tamarind/ Tamarind Juice||1/4||Cup|
|Dried Red Chilli||3-4||Numbers|
1) Grind chopped spring onions, dried red chillies, tamarind, jaggery and coriander coarsely. 2) Pour oil in a pan and add the tempering containing mustard seeds, cumin seeds and a pinch of hing (optional) and then add the above mixture into it. 3) fry for 2- 3 minutes and it's done. server hot with rice.
