Description: Spring rolls are crunchy, smooth, delicious and a pleasing vegetarian snack that would sure to please kids and can be stuffed with any type of fillings you desire.

Recipe of springrolls

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Spring Roll Sheets 10 Numbers
Vegetales Sliced 1 number each
Soy Sauce
Ajnamoto pinch
Chilli Powder as needed
Salt as needed

Directions

1. in a bowl add water and boil the vegetables then remove from water and drain it n a maslin cloth .
2.  Add soya sauce,ajnamoto spices as need mix well then add this mixture to the spring roll sheets and roll but adding egg wash and deep fry.

the spring rolls shown are too lovely but my doubt is what the egg wash used is all about, pls tell me the availability and the usage and also the brand to be picked in India.
