Recipe of Stuffed Bamboos
1. Take a Bowl and mix maida, rawa,salt with water and prepare chapathi dough. 2. Now take a pan and heat 2tsp of oil and add tempering, onions, chillies, salt, turmeric and fry for few minutes. 3. Now add semi mashed potatoes and fry well and keep it aside. 4. Now take the dough and make into small balls and make chapathi and cut it into half and roll it to finger width stick and deep fry in oil. 5. Now stuff the aloo curry into the fried bamboos.
