Recipe of STUFFED POINTED GOURD BARWAN PARVAL

Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
Amchur Powder 1 Teaspoons
Roasted Chana Powder 2 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Green Chilly Chopped 3 Numbers
Raisins 8 Numbers
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Chilly Powder 2 Tablespoons
Crushed Ginger 1 Teaspoons
Grated Potato 1/2 Cup
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Parval 500 Grams
Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoons
Ghee 2 Tablespoons

Directions

1. First peel the skin of parval and slit them and scoop out the seeds. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, and crushed ginger, grated potato, salt, turmeric, seeds of parval, raisins, chilly powder, coriander powder, green chilly, and roasted chana powder, lemon juice, mix it, switch off the flame.
2. Stuff this mixture into the parval. Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, and arrange the stuffed parval in a pan and lid on cook for some time in a slow flame, and sprinkle garam masala, and amchur powder, chopped coriander, and switch off the flame, and sprinkle lemon juice.
3. Serve hot this with rice, chapatti.
