Recipe of suran (ole) chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Suran (ole) 1 Can
Mustard Oil 3 Tablespoons
Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoons
Mangrella 1 Teaspoons
Ajwain 11/2 Teaspoons
Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
White Radish (mooli) 1/2 Cup
Garlic 1/2 Teaspoons
Ginger To Taste
Red Chilli 2 Numbers


Drain and rinse suran (ole) with fresh water then squeeze out all the liquid and mash in a bowl. Add all the ingredients from oil to salt and chopped mix. Mix well and serve with pittha.
