Remove the skin of pumpkin and cut into small pieces. grind dhania powder ,garlic, Onion and jeera into a fine paste.
Heat oil in avassel.addmustardseeds. when when they pop, add mint leaves then add Chillies powder,ground masalaand pumpkin pieces. add salt and cup of water. cook Wall. thenadd jaggery according to taste. add finely chopped coriander leaves and boil For 2 minutis.
serve hot with chapatis or rotis.
