Recipe of Tandoori nan

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Rifiend Flour 2000 Grams
Baking Powder 3 Tablespoons
Salt 1 Teaspoons
Melted Fat 100 Grams
Egg 4 Numbers
Milk 225 Grams
Curd 150 ml
Sugar 1 Teaspoons
Gingelly Seeds 30 Grams
Cold Water To Mix To Taste

Directions

1. sieve flour. mix salt and baking powdert.2. Beat the eggs with sugar and milk and mix with flour.

3.add cool water. mix well 4. make a smooth dough. add melted fat and knead well.

5. add salt and curds and knead again. the dough should be very smooth.

6. keep aside for 1 hour. divide in to even sized balls. brush over with melted fat. rest for a further 15 to 20 minuties.

7. shape each portion with the hand thus. smear top of nan with gingelly seeds and Bake in the tandoor.
