Recipe of Tandoori Stuffed Aloo Paratha

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Boiled Potatoes 2 Numbers
Small Finely Chopped Onion 1 Numbers
Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped To Taste
Ginger (very Finely Chopped Or Grated)small Piece
Green Chillies (finely Chopped) 1-2 Numbers
Salt, Red Chilli Powder And Graram Masala To Taste
Butter To Taste

Directions

  1. Mash the potatoes.
  2. Add all the stuffing items to mashed potatoes and mix it properly.
  3. Make two medium size chapati, add the filling to the one chappati and cover it with the second one.
  4. Now roll it slightly.
  5. Put it in a pre-heated oven at 450 degree (broil). (Cover top tray with aluminium foil for easy baking)
  6. When top side is done change the side and keep a check (till properly baked)
  7. Spread butter over it.
  8. Serve hot with yogurt.
