Recipe of Tarapori Patio

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Bombay duck  10 Numbers
Garlic flakes  6 Numbers
Cumin seeds  2 Teaspoons
Green chillies  2 Teaspoons
Onion (sliced)  1 Numbers
Jaggery (soaked in vinegar)  2 Teaspoons
vinegar  1/2 Cup
Oil  4 Teaspoons

ÔÇó Cut each Bombay duck into pieces. ÔÇó Grind garlic, cumin seeds and red chilli powder to make apaste. ÔÇó Add 1 tsp to this paste. ÔÇó Heat the oil. ÔÇó Fry onions till they turn brown. ÔÇó Add the prepared paste to it. ÔÇó Cook it for few minutes. ÔÇó Add duck pieces. ÔÇó Mix salt and vinegar. ÔÇó Cook for 5 minutes. ÔÇó Add vinegar soaked jaggery and water. ÔÇó Cook over medium heat till duck pieces are properly cooked. ÔÇó Tarapori Patio is ready.
