Recipe of til gingelly chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Til 100 Grams
Cocknu Gratedt 1 Numbers
Tamarind 10 Grams
Green Chillies 6 Numbers
Salt 11/2 To Taste
Oil 1 Teaspoons
Chopped Fresh Coriander 3 Tablespoons
Peppercorns 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds Jeera 1 Teaspoons
Shrimp Paste 1 Teaspoons
Veniger 1 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeda 1/2 Teaspoons

Directions

fry til in a pan on iow fire till they start splutter ing  do not add oil or ghee. grind the Fried till with grated coconut, tamarind green chillies and salt.

Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds when they pop add chutney mixture. stir and Remove from fire.

 serve with dosas or chapatis.
