1. Add half the water to the tomatoes. cook for a few minutes.
2.Mash well and strain.
3.grind ginger and garlic. mix with tomato juice.
4.slice onion
5. Heat fat browen onion and remove half for garnish. 6add cloves and peppercorn.
7 add rice and fry well. 8.add tomatoes juice and remaing water and cook the rice. and salt.

10.garnish with browend onion and chpped coriander leaves.
