Recipe of Tomato Chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Garlic (coarsely Crushed) 5-6 pods
Methi Powder 5-6 grains
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Red Chillie Powder 4-5 Tablespoons
Oil 1 Cup
Tomatoes 1 Lbs
Salt To Taste

Directions

Cut tomatoes into pieces and cook in a pan till the tomatoes are fully cooked. Add red chillie powder, turmeic, salt, crushed garlic and mix well. In another small pan add oil and warm it. Now add the oil to the tomatoes and cook. keep stiring and do not let the mixture stick to bottom. Once you see oil leaves sides, that's when the chutney is ready.
