|Ginger Garlic Paste||3/4||Teaspoons|
Soak rice in water for 1 hour In a vessel heat some oil ,next put mustard seeds,cumin seeds,cashews,green chillies,curryleaves, ginger garlic paste and garam masala(Cinnamon Sticks,Cardamoms,Cloves). next add methi cook it,add chopped tomatoes cook it ,add water,curd and salt. After water starts boilng sim it and add drained soaked rice,close the lid. Cook for 20 - 25 mins or till done. Serve with raita. You can even cook in cooker.The way its convenient to you. In cooker 1 whistle is enough.
Don't put more curd it may become sour and methi should be put as required or else it may become bitter.
