chopped gr chilli  2 Piece

garammasala pdr  1 Pinch
cooked rice  4 Cup
fennel seeds (saunf)optional   0
mint (optional)   0
chopped coriander   0
chilli pdr  1 To Taste
salt  1 To Taste
ghee oil  1 Tablespoons
broken cashewnuts  1 Tablespoons
urad dal  1/2 Teaspoons
channadal  1/2 Teaspoons
chopped ginger  1 Piece
curry leaves  1 Springs
cumin  1 Pinch
mustard  1 Pinch
red chilli  3 Piece
onion  1/2 Numbers
tomato  3 Numbers

Directions
  1. Heat some oil and add the red chillies,mustard ,cumin.and hing, add channadal ,urad dal and broken cashew nuts and add hing.
  2. When they turn color, add the chopped onions and fry them till they turn transperentadd chopped gr chilli and curry leaves and tomatoes
  3. Fry for 5 minutes.Add any spices and keep frying for a minute.
  4. Add the boiled rice and adjust the seasoning.
