Description: 2 persons rice &tomatos

Recipe of tomato rice

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Onion 1 Numbers
Coriander ,mint,leaves 1/4 Bunch
Garam Masala (Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Elaichi 2 Drops
Tomatos,green Chillis 4 Numbers
Basmati Rice 2 Cup
Butter 20 ml
Taste To Salt
Gingergarlic Paste 1/2 Tablespoons
Water 2 Cup

Directions

1.In a heavy bottomed pan,add butter&garam masala just fry little bit then add gingergarlic paste,onions,green chillis fry for few minutes. 2. make tomatos like a paste then add to the pan and fry for few minutes. 3.add coriander&mint leaves. 4.add water & rice then cookit in a low flame. 5.Garnish with roasted cahewnuts &corinder leaves. Serve this hot with & Cucumber Raithaor with any curry it tastes good

Hello Sanjay,
The recipie was very good. I have added a little of methi powder( preferably freshly grouded) along with the tomatoes, and it turned out to be extremely well. Evrybody in family and frds liked it!!!! May be u could also try this once and let me know how it was!!!!!
