Description: These are very healthy and easy to make. They can also be made with Beef or mutton.

Recipe of Turkey Cutlets - Indian style

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Fresh Corriender Chopped 1/4 Cup
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Corriender Powder 1 Teaspoons
Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoons
Ginger/garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Green Onions - (spring Onions) 3 Numbers
Ground Turkey 500 Grams
Fresh Mint Chopped 1/4 Cup
Egg 1 Numbers
Bread Crumbs 2 Tablespoons

Directions

Mix well all above ingredients in a bowl. Roll into golf size balls, flatten into a cutlet and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Keeping in the friedge helps to hold them firm. Heat oil in a fry pan, fry the cutlets about 5 to 6 mins on each side until golden brown. Do not over cook or they will become too dry. Serve hot or cold. I make these and keep in the fridge for the kids inbetween meals snacks. They just pick a bread, place a cutlet in it. Its a healthy snack as compared to those chips and deepfried foods that are available

Recipe Tips

These can also be skewered and grilled in the oven but stov top makes it more simple and easy for regular meals.
