Recipe of Turkey Thanksgiving

Turkey 1 Numbers
All Type Of Vegetables 2 Cup
Boiled Rice 2 Cup
Curd 1 Cup
Mint Leaves 2 Bunch
Coriander Leaves 2 Bunch
Green Chili 3 Numbers
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Salt as per taste
Coriader Powder 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Powder 1 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoons
Lime Juice 1 Numbers
Garlic Cloves 4 Numbers
Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoons


In a bowl add curd,mint,coriander,green chillies,ginger garlic paste, canbarry crushed, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix well then add salt.Now take the whole turkey apply half of  the curd mixture inside the turkey and half to the boild rice mix well and add the rice into the turkey.In a try add all the vegetables then put the stuffed turkey on top of the vegetables.  To apply out side the turkey, turkey powder ( masalas, lime juice Oil, salt Mix well and apply out side the turkey and cook for 2 hrs at 325 f for a 10 lb turkey.Now in another bowl add garlic crushed, oil, soya sauce, lime juice mix well and apply this mixture as coating to the turkey.cook for 3 or 2 hrs

Looks like an awsome receipe, but I am not sure if I should use fresh of dried cranberries. Please respond so that I can make this for this Thankgiving.

Can you please give us the recipe in writing, I mean the measurement, you always say a little of this or a little of that, can you please tell us in measurement so we can cook it probably.

Good Recipe for the cranberry chutney and the 3 in 1 turkey sauce. The turkey definitely needs more time in the oven. 2 hrs is too less for a 10 lb turkey. The ideal way to check is to measure the temperature inside the thigh.
