ÔÇó Make a fine paste. ÔÇó Add yoghurt with garlic ginger. ÔÇó Cut turnip into small pieces. ÔÇó Cut onion and fry it properly. ÔÇó Fry the turnip pieces until light brown. ÔÇó Add the prepared paste and fry it for few minutes. ÔÇó Add water and cook until turnips become soft. ÔÇó Put salt to taste. ÔÇó Delicious shelghum korma is ready.
