Ingredients used in Two min Chocolate Cake
• Sugar (powdered) - 2 tablespoons.
• Chocolate powder/ drinking chocolate - 2 tablespoons.
• Self-raising flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Desi ghee - 1 teaspoons.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Egg - 1 .
Method:
Mix all the ingredients (not egg) a blender and blend them together. Beat the eggs using an egg beater. Mix the beaten egg and the blended materials and then again blend for 1 min. Take a small plastic bowl (a shape and size of a katori) Put the mixture in it and microwave for 4.5 min at 90% power. The cake is ready!
