Recipe of Ulli karam (Erra karam)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
salt   To Taste
oil  some To Fry
peeled garlic pods  3-4 Numbers
Red dried chillies  6-8 Numbers
chopped Onions  1 Big
curry leaves  10 Numbers
tamarind extract  some Teaspoons

Directions
Heat oil in a pan, and add onions, red chillies, curry leaves and garlic pods and fry till golden brown. Remove from heat amp; let cool to room temperature. Blend into a fine paste with tamarind, salt.
