Directions | How to make Vadukapuli Achar
 
Cut citrone to small pieces with stainless steel knife. Also chopp ginger and green chilli. Mix all ingredients with salt and store in a glass bottle. Can be used after 3 days

do not cut citrone with any other knife than a stainless steel one just like pickle
