1.Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water and slowly bring it to tje boil.stir continuously. Remove from the heat and keep aside. 2.Heat the cream,until warm, in a small saucepan.Add the sugar and stir till it is dissolveed. do not boil. Remove from the heat and keep aside. 3.In a septrate bowl mix 1 and 2 and pour the sour cream and the condensed milk into it, strring all the time. 4.Add the jam and vanilla essence to it.beat with an electric beateruntil smooth. 5.pour this mix into an ungreased 5-6 cup capacity ring mould.Refrigerate for 8 hours before serving, or till well set. 6.Unmould the ring and fill the centre with freshly halved strewberries.
