Recipe of vedami

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Shredded Coconut 3 Tablespoons
Cardamon Pdr 1 Teaspoons
Maida 1 Cup
Sugar 2 Cup
Toor Dal 2 Cup
Oil 2-3 Tablespoons

Directions

1. Boil toor dal and cook till it is well cooked and then add sugar and cook till thick ,flavor with cardamom pdr 2. Let this mixture cool down and garnish with shredded coconut. 3. make dough with maida and oil and make a smooth - soft dough 4. stuff the toor dal sweet in the dough, sweet mixture should be double the size of chapati dough 5. Roll the dough smoothly. cook on a hot griddle 6. put little bit ghee on it. and serve.
