1.Take some butter in a wok, add all the vegetables and toss over high flame for 5 minutes. season with salt and pepper, keep aside. 2.Deep fry the almonds in a little oilo.till they are slightly brown in colour. 3.To prepare the sause,take the butter in a pan,add the corn fiour and stir fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.Add salt and pepper and the garlic juice. then add the vegetables stock,little by little,stirring continuosly,so that it does not form lumps. 4.Add the vegetables and fried almonds to it.bring to the boil on low flame.serve hot.
