Recipe of VEGETABLE DAL CHICKEN

Maida 3tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Onion.ginger,garlic, 1pieces each
Egg To Decorate 1pieces each
Carrot,bean, Capsicum,corriander Leave,greenchillies,tomatoes 1 pieceseach
Potato Cut Into Finger Shapes 50 Grams
Chicken Cut Into Smal Cubes 150 Grams
Musur Dal Boiled With Salt,haldi Green Chillies 200 Grams
Salt ,sugar to taste To Taste
Brown Onion 2-3
Creame optional
Oil To Fry

Directions

boil the musur dal, and keep aside.mariinate the chicken cubes with vinegar & salt. then add ginger-garlic paste,egg ,maida .and keep aside.fry till golden brown.fry potatoes till golden .grate carrot ,capsicum & onion. cut ginger & galic finely. heat oil in a pan.add jeera,red chillies.then add fine cut ginger garlic. fry til brown. then add all grated vegetables(u can add brocholi,red cabbages)fry 3-4 minutes.add the boiled dal .keep in slow flame.after 5 minutes add fried chicken &potatoes.simmer for 5 minutes. check the taste.and keep for 10 mins.serve with brown onions.
