Recipe of Vegetable Indad

Potatoes 255 Grams
Carrots 115 Grams
Radish 225 Grams
Tomatoes 115 Grams
Cauliflower 225 Grams
Cumin Pinch
Red Chillies 2 Grams
Green Chillies 5 Grams
Turmeric Pinch
Onions 115 Grams
Ginger A Small Piece
Garlic 3 Numbers
Vinegar 15 ml
Fat 15 Grams
Cloves 2 Grams
Cinnamon To Taste
Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Clean and cut vegetables and boil with cinnamon cloves and salt .

2. Grind turmeric ,red chillies ,garlic ,ginger and cumin ,using vinegar . Slit green chillies .

3.Grind onions coarsely .

4. Heat fat .Fry ground spices , add vegetables ,remaining vinagar ,water and and slit green chilies .Simmer for 10 minutes .
