Recipe of Vegetable Vindaloo

Kohlrabi 225 Grams
Radish 115 Grams
Potatoes 225 Grams
Carrots 115 Grams
Tomatoes 115 Grams
Onions 115 Grams
Ginger A Small Piece
Garlic A Small Piece
Red Chillies 5 Grams
Mustard Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric A Pinch
Vinegar 30 ml
Salt To Taste
Fat 30 Grams

Directions

1.Prepare vegetables .

2. Grind spices using vinegar .

3. Heat fat ;fry spices .

4. Add vegetables and remaining vinegar .Add salt .

5. Cook till vegetables are tender .
