Ingredients used in Vegetable 65
• Rice (boiled) - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic (chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Ginger (chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Corn flour - 1/2 cup.
• Ajinomoto (optional) - 2 pinch.
• Maida flour - 1/2 cup.
• Cauliflower - 1/2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Zukini or any vegetable - 1 number.
• Oil - to fry.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 number.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Chili garlic sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Red color - as required.
• Rice (cooked) - 2 cups.
Method:
  • Cut vegetables in small size and keep aside.
  • Make a thick batter by using boiled rice, corn flour, maida, salt, cumin seeds, red chili powder, ajinomoto along with some water.
  • Now coat the vegetables with the above-prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. When they splutter, add chopped ginger.
  • After this ginger is cooked, add chopped garlic and green chilies, onion (optional) and saute it till onions are slightly transparent.
  • Then add curry leaves, salt,chili garlic paste,some chili powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves along with some water.
  • For an appealing look, add red color, soya sauce with a pinch of ajinomoto and toss the fried vegetables in it.

Serve it hot.
