Description: Vegetable 65 is a awesome snack dish that kids love to eat. Made with mix veggies, slightly spiced and deep fried until crisp and done.

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Rice Boiled Or Use Pakoda Mixture 1 Cup
Mirchi Powder 2 Teaspoons
Garlic 2 Teaspoons
Ginger 2 Teaspoons
Corn Flour 1 Cup
Ajinamoto 2 Pinch
Maida Flour 1 Cup
Cauliflower 1/2 Numbers
Salt 1 To Taste
Potato 1 Piece
Zukini Or Any Vegetable 1 Piece
Oil
Cumin 1 Pinch
Coriander Pdr 1 Pinch
Onion 1 Small

Directions

  1.   cut vegetables into small size  and coat it with  either pakoda mixture(see my pakoda video) make a thin batter with out soda\\  or coat it with rice and flour batter and deep fryheat oil add cumin
    add chopped ginger garlic  onion(optional and all other spices as shown add chilli garlic , red color ,
  2.  and soya sauce with pinch of ajinamoto and toss the fried vegetables serve hot the rice batter will absorb oil , to prevent add extrd maida , vah chef recommends besan batter

Fantastic ! Simple super! I never use to make Gobi 65 because of the egg and i am a pure vegetarian. I made this dish it it was very delicious!

Sanjay, You are simply awesome and have become part of our lives now.. Apart from the simple easy to follow recipes, your presentation of the same is awesome. I have a doubt reg the qtys ofmaida and cornflour . the recipe says both 1 cup but in your video you say lil bit. and how much is lil bit which is right? pls clarify
