chop all thevegetables. take a pan pour oil put onions in it after onions turn into light brwn colour add ginger garlic paste. let the raw flavour comeout. now add the chopped vegetables. Take another bowl boil water in that boiling water add vemicelli and salt keep on flame untill the vemicelli get tender. Drain out water keep aside. After all the vegetables are cooked add vermicelli add garammasala choped corinder let it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
