Recipe of Vermicelli Vada

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Vermicelli(Semiya) 1tea Cup
Maida - 1/2 tea Cup
Semolina(Sooji/Rava) - 1/2 tea Cup
Green Chillies(chopped) 2 Tablespoons
Ginger(chopped) 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds(Jeerakam) 1/2 Teaspoons
Groundnuts(Nelakadala) 1tea Cup
(roasted, Peeled And Halved) Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Oil - 1tea Cup

Directions

1)Mix together all ingredients.

2)Make balls off it.

3)Shape them into vadas.

4)Heat oil in a pan.

5)Fry these vadas till golden brown and crispy.

:- Serve with any chutney or sauce or plain, hot or cold, as you like.
