Ingredients of WALNUT BURFI

sugar  200 Grams
cardamom powder  1/2 Teaspoons
ricota cheese  150 Grams
yellow color   To Taste
ghee  4 Teaspoons

Directions
Grind walnuts in the mixer. Melt ghee in a frying pan. Add ricota cheese and roast. Mix crushed walnuts with ricota cheese. Boil the sugar and water to make the syrup.
