Recipe of Whole Wheat Banana Bread
|Mashed Ripe Bananas (4 Large Bananas)||2||Cup|
|Salted Butter At Room Temperature||1||Cup|
|Whole Wheat Flour||2 1/2||Cup|
|Chopped Walnut Or Pecan||1||Cup|
Preheat oven to 350 F grease and dust the loaf pans In a medium bowl stir and toss together the flour, baking soda and set aside In a large bowl, beat together the butter and the sugar until blended. Beat in the bananas and then the eggs until completely blended Spread evenly in the prepared pans Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Keep checking, it takes around 45 to 50 minutes
