Directions | How to make Yerapapu Pulusu
 
soak the dahl and tamarind for 20 mts in water and add ingh and red chillies onion (cut)and presure cook it then cool down then blend it in papu satty dont use blender becos the chillies will be mashed it can become more karam then also pieces will come in your mouth,then add salt to taste then temper with mustard seeds jeera and curry leaves,you can add little ghee in tempering for extra taste.this goes well with rice or the next day with idly or dosa.
