Ingredients used in Tomato Egg Curry
• Tomato (cut into small pieces) - 3 number.
• Beaten eggs - 3 number.
• Onion - cut into cubes - 1 number.
• Green onion - cut into small pieces - 1 number.
• Meat masala/garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chili - cut - number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Heat Oil in a pan, add the cut onions, green onions, green chilies and curry leaves and saute for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Then add the Masala about 2 spoons and stir it for another 1 minute.
  • Add the cut tomato pieces to it and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
    (Tomato is the main ingredient, so make sure to add more quantity of tomato.)
  • Add the beaten egg to it and let it cook for another 2 minutes.

In the picture the eggs are shown as though they are boiled and cut longitudinally but the recipe says one has to add beaten egg? Please verify?
