Ingredients used in Aloo Bukhara Chutney
• Dried plums (aaloo bukhara) - 500 grams.
• Red food color - 1 pinch.
• Vinegar - half cup.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black pepper powder - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - to taste.
• Water - 2 cups.
  • In a pot addwater, salt, red chilli powder, peppers and dried plums, boil until the plums are soft.
  • Then add sugar and cook on medium heat, until the sugar melts and the mixture becomes a bit thickand sticky.
  • Add in the food color and vinegar. Boil for a minute, mix and take off heat.

Serve with snacks or sides with roti or paratha.
