Ingredients used in Aaloo ka raita
• Salt to taste - 1 .
• 1tsp roasted cumin (jeera) powder - 1 .
• 1 whole boil potato( cut into very small cubes) - 1 potato .
• 1 cup curd (yogurt) - 1 cup can.
• Red chili powder to taste - 1 .
Method:
1.stir the yogurt with hand mixer.
nbsp;2.Add small cubes of potato mix it slightly.
3.Add salt,cumin power, and chill power and mix well.
nbsp;4.Add chat masala for taste and decorate with coriander leave.
nbsp;5 Serve with pulao.

Your recipe does not say whether to boil or fry the potatoes. For the uninitiated that could be a challenge to figure out
