Ingredients used in aam ki chutney
• Cusim seeds (jeera) - 1 teaspoons.
• Mint - 1 tablespoons.
• Chilli - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger chopped - 1 oz.
• Asafoetida (heeng) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Large mangoes raw - 3 large.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Juice lemon - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  1. 1. Peel mangoes, remove its pulp and discard the stones.
  2. 2. Gring heeng, mango pulp, adark, mirch, pudina, jeera, sugar and salt well
  3. .3. If it is thick, add some water. whip till a fine puree is preapred.
  4. 4. Put in a serving dish. Add lemon juice and keep in the refrigerator and serve cold.

I have done it in another way, u can also try it out. Few peeled raw mango pieces (especially the closer to the seed ones). Grind mustard seeds, red chillies, coconut and salt to a paste. Before removing it from the jar add on the mango pieces and
