Ingredients used in AAmboda
• Urad dal - 250 grams.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
  1. Soka the urad dal in water for an hour. drain and grind this dalwith grated coconut,rice Flour and salt into a smooth paste.
  2. nbsp;then add finely chopped green chillies and Coriander leaves, and mix well.
  3. Take a small balls and deep fry in hot oil.
  4. serve hot with a chutney of your choice

This is a good vada. But it can be made better by adding onions / banana flowers to it. Make the vada with onions. Soak them in hot water for just a second. Add sambar or Rasam to the vada. Allow it get teh taste of sambar / rasam. Top with grated on
