Ingredients used in adding koela coal smell to oven grilling
• Ghee or oil - 1/2 tsp .
• Onion large - 1/2 .
• Raw coal 1 inch - 1 piece.
Method:
this is done when the kababs r done in the oven 1; place kababs in an air tight container, 2; take the 1/2 onion and take out the inner layers, leaving only the outer 2 or 3 layers , making it into a little cup. 3 put the onion cup in the center of the kababs and pour 1/2 tsp of oil in it ,make sure the onion dosent tip over. now pot this thing aside with the lid ready to cover. 4: Now heat the coal or koyla on your stove, this can be done on any cooktop, even glass cooktop. 5; Keep turning the coal until it turns all red BUT BE CAREFULL!!!! the coal will crackle and the sparks fly.( I cover it with a metal sieve or chalni) 6: When the coal is nice redhot , place it in the onion in the airtight container and IMMEDEATLY COVER THE AIR TIGHT LID AN SEAL IT 7: this process of placing the hot coal into the oil in the onion will make a hell of a smoke that will be absorbed by all the kababs.Leave this container aside for at least 10 minutes or DONT OPEN it until u r ready to serve. Then open it and remove the onion with now cold coal AND SERVE THE KABABS NOONE CAN TELL IF THESE KABABS R NOT DONE ON OPEN FIRE.
