1. Cream 3 eggs yolks and sugar till light and fluffy.2. add 1 whole egg, orange juice, castor sugar well rubbed with orang peel and rum. beat thoroughly.
3.Flod in flour and warmed butter.4. add stiffly beaten whites of 3eggs
Pour into a butterd tin and cook at
30to 40 minuties.When cold, coat with icing.
