Ingredients used in African Drumsticks
• Wuster sauce - 2 Table spoon .
• Kechup - 1/4 cup .
• English mustard - 1 small spoon .
• Ginger paste - 1 small spoon .
• Apricot jam - 1 big spoon .
• Onions - 1 (finely chopped) .
• Chicken drumsticks - 8 .
• Garlic - 3 (mashed) .
1. Heat the Owen to 180 degree Celsius. 2. Make a paste by adding Wuster sauce, Ketchup, English mustard, Ginger paste, apricot Jam and Onions. 3. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with the paste and keep it overnight. 4. Take an Owen roasting pan or Owen fruit dish and rub few spoons of oil. Place the marinated chicken on it. 5. Bake it in the Owen for 45 minutes to one hour. The chicken will produce some water. Marinate the chicken intermittently with that water.
