Ingredients used in ALOO GOBI BASIN GRAVY
• Potato - 100 grams.
• Cauliflower - 100 grams.
• Carrot - 100 grams.
• Chick pea flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Dry red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Urad dal - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Cloves powder - 1/4 tablespoon.
• Water - 2-1/2 cups.
Method:

1. Take a pan and add pieces of potato, cauliflower, carrot, water then half boil it. 2. In a small cup, add chick pea flour, ½ cup water and mix thoroughly to make a smooth paste and keep aside. 3. Heat oil in a pan and add urad dal, dry red chilly, green chilly, mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute it. 4. To it add half boiled pieces and saute it, then add water, salt, turmeric powder and cook it. 5. Now add coriander powder, pepper powder, cloves powder, above paste and cook it for 2 mins. 6. Now the tasty gravy is ready to serve with dosa, poori and chapati.
