Ingredients used in aloo,cucumber,carrot achar
• Roasted cuimin,coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Hing powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chillies - 2 big.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 2 teaspoons.
• Lemon - 1 big.
• Carrot - 1 big.
• Small tender cucumber - 2 big.
• Boiled peeled potatoes - 6 big.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Green peas - 1/2 cup.
• Roasted sesame powder - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaf - 5 leaf.
  1. First boil pototoes, then peel it out. Cut half finger sized cucumber,carrot. Cut each potatoes into 4 pieces .nbsp;
  2. Then get ready for tadka into that mixture of pototoes,cucumber,carrot. Heat 2 spoon of mustard oil in frying pan, then add fenugreek seeds,hing,red chilli whole,cut green chillies.After then fry for a while,at last add half spoon of turmeric powder into it and pour into the mixture. Add salt as per your taste .Add lemon juice in such a way that it should be like pickle taste.Then roast 2 spoon of cumin, corrinder powder into deep brown. Add grinded roasted sesame seeds into it. Marinate properly the whole mixture.While marinating,smash some potatos so that pickle become gravy.Add little bit water. You can add red chilli powder if you wish to make little hot. Add chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.Now pickle is ready to serve.
