Ingredients used in Alu mughalai
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Onions - 2 small.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Curd - 3/4 cup.
• Baby potatoes - 10 numbers.
• Fresh cream - 2 teaspoons.
• Green peas - 1/2 cup.
Method:
1. Boil baby potatoes and green peas in cooker for 3 or 4 whistles. When pressure goesoff takeout the bowl , peel out the skin of potato. Take a fork and put holes on potatoes. (It helps the marinade to go inside of potatoes) 2.for preparing masala , u need to grind and make paste below ingredients:- cloves :5 cardamoms : 3 poppy seeds :3 tspns ( dry fried) green chillies :3 ginger : 1 inch piece garlic pods :5 cashews :4 sugar :1/2 tspn coriander powder : 1 tspn cumin powder :1 tspn turmeric : 1 /2 tspn garam masala powder : 1/2 tspn chilly powder :1 tspn 3. In boiled potato and peas add grinded paste and beaten curd . Marinate for an hour. 4.Heat a pan add oil , fry sliced onions till golden brown and add marinade and cook till oil separates . In between add 1 tspn of fresh cream. 5. Add coriander leaves before 5 mins of switching off the stove . 6. Serve hot with rice / rotis / bagarannam /biryanis
