Ingredients used in Amaranth Saute - Cholai Bhaji
• Amaranth - 115 grams.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 1 clove.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - pinch.
• Split black gram - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilli - 1 numbers.
Method:

1.Heat oil . Add broken red chilli ,gram and mustard seeds .

2. As seeds crackle , add chopped onion , garlic and green leaves .

3. Add salt and just sufficient water (about a tbsp) to cook leaves dry.

4. Cook over a slow fire till leaves are dry.
