- Remove seeds from amla and cut into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green chilies, curry leaves and saute it.
- Add amla, saute it for 2-3 minutes and keep aside for rest.
- Transfer into blender, add salt, fenugreek powder and blend into coarse paste, later transfer into a bowl.
Now Amla Chutney is ready to serve with rice.
