Ingredients used in Mango Sweet Corn Salad
• Sweet corn - 1 cup.
• Cucumber (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Apple (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Pomegranate - 1 numbers.
• Tomatoes (chopped & removed seeds) - 2 cups.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mint leaves (finely chopped) - half cup.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoons.
• Orange juice - 1 cup.
• Raw mango pieces (optional) - 1 cup.
• Red chili paste - half tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add sweet corn, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, apple, mango(optional), pomegranate seeds and toss it.
  • In another bowl, add finely chopped mint leaves, sugar, salt, orange juice and mix it.
  • Then add red chilli paste, lime juice to it and mix it thoroughly.
  • Lastly, take the above salad bowl and add already prepared 2 to 3 tablespoons of mint mixture, mix well.

Fresh and Healthy Mango Sweet Corn Salad is now ready to serve.
